What is the difference between shortwave, mediumwave and longwave infrared?
The ECOSUN HEATSTRIP uses long-wave infrared technology, which works perfectly in enclosed verandas and indoor spaces. Long-wave infrared works best in enclosed, windless environments. For sheltered outdoor areas, you'll need medium-wave infrared (such as the LXV Smart), and for fully open patios where wind and rain aren't a problem, you'll need short-wave infrared (such as the Heliosa).

Which rooms is the ECOSUN HEATSTRIP 2400W suitable for?
With a heating surface of 24-30 m², this panel is perfect for large enclosed verandas, conservatories, living rooms, bedrooms, and other indoor spaces.
